I'd just had transmission work done on my truck at another Toyota location back home, and I didn't realize it had started leaking until after driving 400 miles straight to PA. It was Thursday afternoon, and I had to get back home before Monday for work. When I called Faulkner and asked if they could get me in on such short notice, they went out of the way to make space for me and my problem, on an already busy weekend. My truck was fixed and ready to go by Saturday afternoon. These guys go the extra mile, and they do it with kindness and professionalism, even when they're already stretched and answering eleventh-hour panic calls. Thanks to you guys, I got home safely 400 miles later. And haven't found any leaks since. ”

I only needed a one-time Uber ride, otherwise I could?ve come on my own. Even a loaner vehicle would have helped since the wait time was over an hour. I work just 6 minutes away and politely asked for either an Uber or a loaner, but both were denied. It?s disappointing because small gestures like a $10 Uber ride can really make customers feel valued and appreciated. “ Purchased a 2026 Tundra from Faulkner in October, in February it broke down on the highway and had to get towed. My vehicle was at Faulkner for 55 days getting “worked on”. Throughout the 55 days the customer service was awful, they wouldn’t contact me with any updates I had to call them every time. After I finally get my vehicle back they say it’s 100% good to go, 2 days later I get a check engine light for the same issue it originally went in for. ”

“ I called in inquiring about getting my headlight bulb replaced. The employee said that I could just bring it in and they would put the vulb in for me since I bought the bulb there. I took my car in two days later and requestedfoe them to just change my headlight bulb. It took them over an hour for my car to be serviced because they did a multi point inspection and it cost me $98 for them to change the light bulb that only cost $48. I will not be going back to this dealership in the future. ”
