It consisted of tire rotation, fluid checks and a multi point inspection. Pretty straightforward. My appointment was at 9:15 am. I was there at 9 am. The service was completed at 11:15……yep 2 hours. In addition to the time involved….unlike Rahal, the vehicle was not washed. This review is no reflection on the service provided. For what was preformed, 2 hours are not acceptable. I will also say this is based upon this singular experience and may not necessarily be the norm for Faulkner Toyota. ”
“ We did most of our stuff online/phone. Got there. The salesman Fernando...simply, no. We're not from the area, went on a test drive. Waiting for him to take us around the giant circle most test drives are. We had to wait because personal phone call(s) were apparently more important than the client(didn't seem like an emergency). Finally got to the finance part where they give you the story(to sell you warranty etc., i get it...) But he was cool and personable. I'm only giving 2 stars because of the price. Other than that, I'd avoid. Let me tell you why. We purchased a 2026 Grand Highlander with trade at a good price. Cool. Awesome. So the car we bought was "new" but had 300 miles on it. Apparently management is allowed to just drive new cars around...put child seat indentations on the pass side rear seat(not 3rd row), a giant gouge/scuff on the top of the center console and both side mirrors looked like someone wiped the glass off with diamond. swirls upon swirls. ok. They offer us "we owe" repairs...on a new car, mind you. "you'll have to drive back down here" 200 miles round trip. So drove down there for a 9:15. They never opened the doors to the car till after 10(the app tells me when they're opened). So I waited. I'm already anticipating a line of crap because that's all dealerships do at some point. Car gets done(there was also an SRS airbag and secondary braking faults that told me to contact the dealer about and they cleared these faults and said they couldn't get it to show up, I'm sure it'll come back on after cold start). The guy at the service counter claimed nobody could see the gouge. This dealer stands by "to be sure". I'll be sure to go somewhere else. ”

Whatever made an appointment came in and again the employees are super nonchalant no customer service etiquette just standing there. Finally get checked in. After 2 hours get approached by the guy saying I’ll come and get you in a bit your car seems to be done. I get a text saying my car is all done. 30 mins go by and nobody comes to get me. I take it upon myself to just go up there. I’m standing there and my car isn’t ready. They don’t know where they left my keys… They are scrambling around looking for my keys… Finally the cashier had my keys hidden somewhere… They just hand it to me and my car is out on the lot. I’m like you guys aren’t going to bring my car around? “No” When they had brought another lady’s car around for her…. The customer service is terrible. The dealerships on the west coast are so much nicer. Mind you I’m in a 2025 vehicle and they are over here losing my keys… Yeah all the other reviews saying the service department was bad were CORRECT ”
“ I have been buying my cars from Faulkner for 11 years. I typically buy from Faulkner Honda and I wish I would’ve stuck with that. The experiences across the board at Faulkner are unfortunately, not similar. I very much regret buying with Faulkner Toyota, as the service department is a NIGHTMARE and the whole experience is nothing even remotely close to what I am used to when purchasing with Faulkner Honda. Don’t do it. The service department at Faulkner Toyota won’t even take the time to look up your warranty status before trying to charge you for multiple services that should’ve been covered. TERRIBLE. What a disappointment and shame to spend thousands of dollars with a business for such poor service in return. Don’t let those 4.6 stars fool you folks!
