I work just 6 minutes away and politely asked for either an Uber or a loaner, but both were denied. It?s disappointing because small gestures like a $10 Uber ride can really make customers feel valued and appreciated. Good customer service is often about convenience and willingness to help, and this experience honestly felt lacking compared to my earlier visits. ”
