I'd just had transmission work done on my truck at another Toyota location back home, and I didn't realize it had started leaking until after driving 400 miles straight to PA. When I called Faulkner and asked if they could get me in on such short notice, they went out of the way to make space for me and my problem, on an already busy weekend. “ Purchased a 2026 Tundra from Faulkner in October, in February it broke down on the highway and had to get towed. My vehicle was at Faulkner for 55 days getting “worked on”. Throughout the 55 days the customer service was awful, they wouldn’t contact me with any updates I had to call them every time. After I finally get my vehicle back they say it’s 100% good to go, 2 days later I get a check engine light for the same issue it originally went in for. ”

I took my car in two days later and requestedfoe them to just change my headlight bulb. It took them over an hour for my car to be serviced because they did a multi point inspection and it cost me $98 for them to change the light bulb that only cost $48. I will not be going back to this dealership in the future. ”
